The company designs and produces machinery to suit individual customer requirements. We are also major suppliers of new machinery from the UK leading potato handling manufacturers, including E.W Downs, W J Morray (Walthambury), Tong Engineering, PCM, Niagri Engineering and others. We offer an impartial planning and advisory service for packhouse operators. Including site visits, discussions, scale drawings and costings. Systems can incorporate new, rebuilt or specially designed and engineered machines.
We stock or can quickly obtain parts for virtually all vegetable handling machinery in current use (not just new models!). We stock new and used grading screens (metal, plastic, and rubber), belting, motors and gearboxes etc.
Many customers see the practical benefits of extending the working life of used equipment. Our workshops have the capacity to completely rebuild or modify equipment to meet customer requirements and current health and safety standards.
All rebuilt equipment is stripped down, metalwork grit-blasted and resprayed and any worn parts replaced. Electrics are inspected, replaced by qualified engineers and safety switching is added where required. The end results are fully tested and guaranteed.
