Composter Bagging Lines
Once the compost has been mixed with the tertiary components (depending on the type of compost mixture required), the compost will require bagging.
David Harrison Handling Solutions manufacture a start of the art bagging and weighing plant designed for compost and other loose materials (products bagged by volume). It can cope with varying moisture content and can bag 60 or 120 Ltr bags.
The machine is a continuous weighing operation i.e when the bag is being filled, another 60Ltrs are being measured and requires only one operator. The output of the machine is approximately ten 60Ltr bags per minute.
